Our trip to Scotland was a wonderful experience and a food trip as well. I have been eating salmon almost every day for two weeks but I have also tried for fantastic prawns or scallops.

Difficult forgetting that indulgent muffin after a long walk. At Jann's on Isle of Skye.

And...those greats ales from isles of Mull and Skye.
